1. Please send in three self adhesive labels with your name and address so that we can send you
start time(s) and maps, certificate(s) after the event and forms for the 2008 event. (Results will be
dispatched by email; if you are not on email we will post a set of results with your certificates).
2. Each competitor will be required to sign a form stating that entry is at his/her own risk and that the
organisers - Epping Forest Outdoor Group - will not be held responsible for any injury or loss of
property during the event. Teams will not be permitted to start the event until ALL members have
signed to this effect.
