Common Frog Rana temporaria : some activity in Capel Road garden on 1 March, although no spawn (PF)

Spring Starflower Ipheion uniflora : a new species for the area - two clumps near Centre Road, 14 April (FW & PF)

Common Shrew : one found freshly dead in the grounds of the Temple on 8 July (JC & PF)

Stoat : one seen in Wanstead Park near the Ornamental Waters overflow. 11 July (Pete Saunders)

Mink : along east bank of Ornamental Waters, 31 July (PF)

Grass Snake : near pump house 6 August (PS)

Wasp Spider Argiope bruennichi : by Angell's Pond, Wanstead Flats, 17 August (PF)
