This was the first time I had seen a Tortoise Bug Eurygaster testudinaria. The unusual background is Richard Oakman's pullover, on which the bug was sitting after we had walked through rough grass opposite the gates of the City of London Cemetery. As far as I am aware, this species has not been recorded in Epping Forest before. | |||||
