This is the first time this species has been found in Wanstead Park. It was noticed together with Hart's-tongues by Jennifer Charter on 7 December 2008 on the back wall of a garden by Woodlands Avenue wayleave, adjacent to Reservoir Wood.

By 2009 the wall had been renovated and the plants had gone.
