Notes
A single tree known at the bottom of Warren Wood by the Ornamental Waters, not far north of the Glade. There is a thought that this ornamental tree may have been planted at the special request of a member of the public to a past superintendent of the Forest as a memorial. Although the request was granted, it was with the provision that it should only be a native tree. This is not the case - as Manna Ash is not native to Britain but is from southern Europe.
