This is a male Alopecosa, but the species is not certain. A. pulverulenta is abundant nationally, whereas the similar A. cuneata is scarce and regional. However, the latter does occur on old grassland (such as Wanstead Flats) and has been found there by David Carr on 3rd May 2017.

My supposition is based more on its characteristics than on close examination.
