This spider was found in my house, and thus can easily be called a 'house spider'.

It has been suggested that the three large Tegenaria species (T. gigantea, T. saeva and T. atrica) that are commonly known as 'house spiders' be re-classified into one species - Eratigena duellica - but here I keep the separation of the three. I suspect that this is T. gigantea.
