I am not certain that this Cylindroiulus millipede is C. caeruleocincta, but believe that it may be.

It is certainly well within the geographical range that the species may be found in the U.K., which is mainly in the south and east of England. The British Myriapod and Isopod Group's website states that it has a 'very strong associations with cultivated land and churchyards and a strong association with parks and other open spaces.', which also fits in well , with this specimen having been found in the City of London Cemetery.
